Borges Seafood week at Hay's Dock

Borges Seafood Borges SeafoodLocal chef, Akshay Borges, is set to take over the kitchen for evening service at Hay's Dock Cafe Restaurant for a week from Saturday 23rd September.

During Shetland Wool Week (23rd - 30th Sept), Akshay will provide a range of tasty local seafood dishes from 5.00pm to 7.00pm daily (except Sundays).

Fish will be fresh each day and lobster will be available on a first come first serve basis, alongside other dishes including mussels, scallops, chowder, salmon and fish cakes.
